+Why does it cost this much?
The comparison worth making is not other software. It is what this costs in-house: the hire who would run it, the writers, the film crew and the press contacts you would be building from nothing. Every tier here is that whole operation running from the first quarter, rather than the first step of assembling it.
+What is a media rotation slot, and why only one expert at a time?
A rotation slot is a month of our media team working one expert's story into the press: finding the angles, writing the pitches, and taking the calls that come back. One at a time because a journalist offered four people from one firm reads a directory rather than a source. The slot moves to the next expert the month after.
+Why is the term 12 months and not 6?
The first quarter is spent building the thing the rest of the year runs on: the hub, the profiles, the topics and the first capture session. Six months would end roughly when search engines and answer engines start treating the hub as established, which is the point the work begins to pay rather than the point to stop.
+What happens if a partner misses their interview slot?
We rebook it inside the same quarter at no cost. Video capture days run in batches, so a missed slot is normally absorbed by moving that expert onto the next scheduled day.
+Do you guarantee coverage?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We are not the people who decide what a newspaper prints. What we commit to is the activity: the pitches written, the journalists approached, the slots worked and the responses that came back, reported monthly against the outcomes it was aimed at.
+What happens to the hub and the subscriber list if we leave?
The content, the pages and the subscriber list are yours, and we export all of it. The hub runs on our platform, so what you take is the material rather than the running software. There is no exit fee.
