Findwell is a product of Profile, who is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@tryfindwell.com.

Information you give us

When you book a demo, use the contact form, or request the one-pager, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, firm, your role, the number of experts at your firm, and any message you send. We use this only to respond to you, arrange a demo, send the material you asked for, and keep a record of the enquiry.

Information collected automatically

We use privacy-light, first-party analytics to understand how the site is used. For each visit we record the pages viewed, the site that referred you (reduced to its domain), your device type, and an approximate location (country and city) derived from your network connection. We do not store your full IP address.

To count unique visitors we store a random, anonymous identifier in a first-party cookie. It is not tied to your name or email and is not shared with anyone.

Cookies

We use a small first-party cookie (fw_vid) to count unique visitors, and a session cookie for members of our own team when they sign in to the back office. Neither is used for advertising.

We may also use third-party analytics and advertising services (for example Google Analytics or LinkedIn and Meta) to measure marketing and reach the right audiences. Where we do, those providers may set their own cookies, subject to your choices.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site for us:

  • Vercel, for hosting and content delivery
  • Neon, for the database that stores enquiries
  • Resend, to email us when a new enquiry comes in

We may also share your enquiry with our own CRM or scheduling tools so we can follow up.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for our business records, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to restrict or object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@tryfindwell.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
